WHO IS EMILIA GARGOT?
Emília Gargot is a street art company born from the participation of several of its members in the FiraTàrrega street art creation postgraduate course. The company was born with the intention of investigating theatrical and body languages related to public space until creating its own brand.
In 2018, the company premieres the first project as a group, ZH or 36 million years at 120 km/h, at FiraTàrrega 2018. The production has more than twenty performances, among which none stand out representations in Seville and in Lärz, Germany.
September 2021
After the first production experience as a whole, Emília Gargot's team founded Cruma, the Taller d'Arts Escèniques de Tàrrega, the first theater school in the town. With a very good start, despite the contextual difficulties of the pandemic year, with more than 10 open groups and more than 150 students enrolled. This project is still running today. In addition, they have organized the lighting of Christmas lights in Tàrrega, workshops and many activities relating performing arts and the territory. Currently carrying out SPASA, a training international of street arts.
